📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Festive or Sale Periods: Slight delays may occur due to high demand.

🌐 Shipping Areas
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

💰 Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders – no minimum cart value required!

Cash on Delivery (COD) available at ₹49 per order (if opted).

🧾 Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

You can also track your order via the “My Orders” section on our website.

🚫 Delays & Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (strikes, natural disasters, courier delays, etc.).

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may request an additional shipping fee to resend.
