At Arunveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unopened and in original packaging

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts
  • Health and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

 

3. Return Process

  • Email us at infoupgro@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details
  • Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition, a refund or replacement will be processed

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours or before shipping. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
