At Arunveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unopened and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased on sale or with discounts
- Health and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
- Email us at infoupgro@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions
- Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition, a refund or replacement will be processed
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours or before shipping. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
